Guangdong FUWA Engineering Group CO., LTD. was founded in 1997. Now it is the leading manufacturer of the commercial vehicle (truck, trailer and engineering vehicle ) axles and chassis components of the world. As a transnational company, the group is operating five major brands such as FUWA (China and Asia), VALX(Europe),AXN(North America), K-Hitch(Australia) and AMPRO(South America). The group covers a total area of more than 2.5 million square meters, including 11 manufacturingplants, 2 logistics ports, 4 overseas companies and 1 Sino-German joint venturecompany.

Most of the mainproducts possess self-owned intellectual property rights, which coverssemi-trailer axle, truck axle, bus axle, engineering vehicle axle, reefercontainers, landing gears, suspensions, fifth wheels, kingpins, friction linings,slack adjusters and chambers etc., It has become a highly respected, admired and trusted special parts manufacturer of the road vehicle in the mainstreammarket. The product quality and technical specification reached the statestandard of United States, European Union, Australia and other countries. The productsare exported to more than 70 countries and regions.

 To keeppace with market development and customer’s various requests, Fuwa Group builtup Guangdong Fuwa Heavy Industries Co.,LTD. with enormous investment in 2008 inTaishan, Guangdong Province, which covers a large land of 1600 Mu. In 2009 thegroup built up GuangDong FUWA Casting & Forging Co., Ltd..in Xinhui, Guangdong Province, which covers an area of more than 1400 Mu.

In 2010, Fuwa startedto produce the front steering axle, drive axle of trucks and buses, as well asengineering axles for heavy-duty special vehicles. Up to now, the axles havebeen applied by famous main engine plants at home and abroad, including Ford HeavyTruck and Union Truck etc., Fuwa drive axles have been certified with Ford Q1.

In 2012, Fuwa Groupstarted to build ShunDe F1 Transport Engineering Co.,Ltd. in Gangkou Road of Shunde, Guangdong Province. The project covers anarea of more than 1000 Mu. It is among Modern Industry Top 500 Companies. Twomajor production bases are used to produce high quality truck axle, bus driveaxle, engineering axle, semi-trailer axle, front steering axle, European standardroad trailer axle, truck suspension and bus suspension. Fuwa Heavy Industriescooperates with world famous company WABCO to have established a JV workshopbeing specialized in disc brake system manufacturing. Moreover, American CARLISLEbrake lining production line with sophisticated machining and hot working equipment were brought in by Fuwa Heavy Industry. After being fully used, the annual production capacity of Fuwa Group shall be as high as follows: Traileraxle--1,400,000 pieces ; drive axle—500,000 pieces; front axle—500,000 pieces;off-road axle—300,000 pieces; agricultural axle—300,000 pieces; landing gear—200,000pairs; truck and bus air suspension—400,000 sets; fifth wheel—200,000 sets;brake lining—9,000,000 pieces.   

In 2015, Fuwa Group built up Fuwa Heshan Industrial Park that is located in Heshan city,Guangdong Province, which is the meeting point of Guangzhaofo Economic Zone and Middle Pearl River Economic Zone. It is an important intelligent industry andmechanical equipment industrial park established by Fuwa and the governmentjointly in Pearl River west economic belt. The park covers an area of 1067 Mu, totalconstruction area 500,000 square meters. The employee village covers an area of80 Mu. 

In 2016, FuwaGroup entered cold chain equipment manufacturing industry and built up reefercontainer manufacturing plant in Shunde, which is the leading facility in SouthChina in the industry. The production line for standard reefer container hasbeen put on operation. The line for special reefer container production isbeing in progress. After they are fully used, the production capacity forstandard container will be 25,000 FEU，and specialcontainer 10,000 UNIT.
